This policy covers shipping, returns, and refunds for orders placed with ishu.
1. Shipping
- We ship within India unless stated otherwise on a product page.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on your pin code, courier partners, and stock. Typical dispatch is within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout or described on the store. Free shipping may apply above a minimum order value when advertised.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Failed delivery due to incomplete address may delay your order.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where COD is offered, payment is collected at delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready if possible. COD orders may be cancelled if repeated non-acceptance is observed.
3. Returns
- Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, unless the product page says otherwise.
- Condition: Items should be unused, in original packaging, with tags/invoice where applicable.
- Non-returnable: Perishable goods, personal-care items opened after delivery, custom/made-to-order products, and items marked as final sale are generally not returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.
- How to request: Contact us with your order number, reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds & replacements
- Once a return is approved and received, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Refunds for prepaid orders (when online payments are enabled) are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank timelines.
- For COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI/bank transfer to details you provide.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. After dispatch, the return process above applies. We may cancel orders for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will notify you if that happens.
6. Consumer rights
These policies are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules in India. Nothing here is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights.
